International Shipping Requirements
New Harmonized Code Requirement for the EU As of March 1, 2023, all shipments to and passing through most countries in the EU will require HS (Harmonized System) codes included on customs forms along with a more detailed description of the package contents. Shipping Internationally (excluding Europe) When filling out customs forms for international shipping, our company requires that we describe what type of products we are shipping and not the name of the products itself. For example, we are required to fill out the description of "Hawk Vitamins", "Pigeon Vitamins", "Dog Vitamins", etc. and not the name of a particular product such as "Raptor Boost" or "Pigeon Breeder" etc. These descriptions are required by the Federal Trade Commission Part 500: Regulations Under Section 4 of the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act If you need to fill out a declaration form or require a description for customs, please feel free to contact us with any questions through email at contact@provitalhealth.com Please be advised that once a shipment has been collected and shipped by the shipping courier, we are unable to modify or change any documentation. In rare occasions orders may take up to 14-21 business days for processing, then your order will be shipped out. Processing time is independent from shipping/delivery estimates, faster shipping does not equal faster processing times. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you may track your order online.
