International Shipping Requirements
New Harmonized Code Requirement for the EU
As of March 1, 2023, all shipments to and passing through most countries in the EU will require HS (Harmonized System) codes included on customs forms along with a more detailed description of the package contents.
Shipping Internationally (excluding Europe)
When filling out customs forms for international shipping, our company requires that we describe what type of products we are shipping and not the name of the products itself. For example, we are required to fill out the description of "Hawk Vitamins", "Pigeon Vitamins", "Dog Vitamins", etc. and not the name of a particular product such as "Raptor Boost" or "Pigeon Breeder" etc.
These descriptions are required by the Federal Trade Commission Part 500: Regulations Under Section 4 of the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act

Please be advised that once a shipment has been collected and shipped by the shipping courier, we are unable to modify or change any documentation.
If customs in your area requires additional product information, please contact us and we will provide you with additional documentation.
Order Terms and Conditions
In rare occasions orders may take up to 7-10 business days for processing and shipping out. Processing time is independent from shipping/delivery estimates, faster shipping does not equal faster processing times.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you may track your order online. Please be advised that it may take time for your tracking number to be updated by shipping couriers.
Please note that any return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, there are absolutely no refunds after an item has been shipped or received.
Store credit or item replacement will be given in case of physically damaged goods only (Only within the USA), proof required. Furthermore, we are not responsible for your order once it is shipped out. If your items are damaged or do not arrive, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for your order and file a claim with them.
International Shipping and Addresses:
*Note to overseas buyers, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost or abandoned shipments due to your local post office or overseas shipping, please file a claim with your postal service in your country.
Remember, it is your responsibility to make sure you input a correct and valid shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for any undeliverable or lost items due to incorrect addresses.
